Scandinavian folk dances include some of the world's most beautiful
couple dances, accessible to everyone, beginners and experienced
dancers alike. We are a group of all ages and live in or around NYC, we
love dancing to and playing Swedish and Norwegian music. We always like
to see new faces at our events!
Join us on Wednesday evenings and discover the thrill of dancing to live music by members and friends of the NY Spelmanslag, playing on fiddles, hardingfele, nyckelharpa and other folk instruments.
